After bringing in close to $700M in offers on off-market assets, our experience working with many high level groups has led us to create TRADEAUM.
TRADEAUM Is a robust private trading network consisting of experienced real estate investment groups and individuals with a minimum AUM $10M for tier 1 and $50M for tier 2.

Property
A property, which is completely off-market and unique is brought to the group. If you have interest in the deal simply request more information.​
Documentation
TRADEAUM sends you documentation about the property.​
Agreement
If you want to move forward , we will send you a quick and simple agreement where TRADEAUM and your group will partner on the property being purchased. The partnership will give TRADEAUM a 1% GP stake in the property.
Connect with seller
Once the agreement is signed. We will set you up directly with the selling party via email. No one in-between. We will be cc’d on all emails and assist when and if you would like.​
Deal
Close the deal. (When selling: There are no broker selling fees but a small listing fee that is due only when the property sells.)
